DATU SAUDI AMPATUAN
--- The
local government of this town is recipient of “pangkabuhayan showcase” funded
by various organizations such as United Youth of the Philippines-Women
(UnYPhil-Women), World Food Programme (WFP), Philippine Business for Social
Progress (PBSP), Oxfam, Department of Agriculture, Department of Social Welfare
and Development-BARMM and other line agencies.
Mayor
Bai Anida A. Dimaukom, said out of 36 municipalities in Maguindanao, only three
municipalities received said showcase, Guindulungan, Mamasapano and their town,
Datu Saudi Ampatuan, all in the 2nd district of Maguindanao.
Mayor
Dimaukom said they received a complete set of baking equipment and materials
for bakery business. The complete set of baking equipment materials are the
following; one unit of bread rack trolly 10 layers stainless, one unit of oven
heavy duty equipment (pugon) 3 burner, one unit of 6 cubic 1 door refrigerator,
one unit of chiller, one unit of cabinet display, one LPG tank with regulator,
one unit of electric mixer, one unit of dough cutter, one unit of decker-top
oven Technogas, one unit of bread and pastry and materials mechanical dough
roller.
“Materials
for baking include fifty sets of mammon style paper cups, one set of knives,
two sets of decorative tools, five pieces of stainless spatula stainless, one
hundred pieces of pipping bag, one disposable and washable bag, three pieces of
pastry brush, three pieces of serrated knife and ninety-one cutting tools,” the
lady mayor said.
For
baking, they received fifty pieces of baking ingredients, two hundred kilos of
baking bread flour, two hundred kilos of all purpose flour, fifty kilos of
white sugar, ten kilos of baking yeast, ten pieces of unsalted butter unsalted,
ten kilos of baking margarine, fifty kilos of cooking oil, ten kilos of all
purpose cream, ten boxes of whipping cream, ten kilos of confection sugar, five
boxes of unflavored knox gelatin, and one box of food colors with colors and
