DATU SAUDI AMPATUAN, Maguindanao – Local chief executives, Mayor Edris Sindatok of Datu Saudi Ampatuan and Mayor Solaiman Sandigan of Datu Salibo”, reconciled Sunday, July 25, two families after a long-standing rido.

Samarudin Zailon and Ansari Menak who are residents of Brgy. Sambolawan, Datu Salibo, Maguindanao, decided to end their familial disputes.

The former warring families signed a peace covenant and pledged to the Almighty Allah, as their commitment to sustain peace and order within their families and respective communities. (Anne B. Acosta)
