Datu Odin Sinsuat, MAGUINDANAO - The Office
of Civil Defense-ARMM earmarks its efforts on strengthening the office’s
delivery of services as it underwent audit and inventory of unserviceable
equipment led by the Commission on Audit team, 13 July 2016.
Rasdy M. Guiling, CPA, Commission on Audit
State Auditor IV and OIC Regional Supervising Auditor headed the team and
checked on the unserviceable equipment of this regional center.
Myrna J. Angot, Officer-in-Charge of OCD-ARMM
said it is only essential for the office to have proper inventory management
system.
“The regional center of the ARMM would want
to sustain transparency and accountability to the public,” said Angot.
Angot said accurate physical inventories are considered
to be one of the most important responsibilities in assuring transparency of
the office to the public.
