Updates on the activities and programs of their respective offices

The Department Heads of the City Government of Cotabato meets with City Administrator Dr. Danda N. Juanday every Friday to give updates on the activities and programs of their respective offices.

This is our way of checking on the projects that we have funded at the beginning of the year and assure that these are properly implemented. This initiative is also in compliance to the national government's campaign on full disclosure and transparency in all government transactions.

The weekly meeting is also our way of looking into our strengths and further improve them and also our weaknesses and be able to work on them.
