59th Araw ng Cotabato, a go.

The celebration of the annual Araw ng Cotabato is now on its final stages of preparation as the city government and its partners finalize the activities for the festivity.

As the city turns 59 this year, an Inaul Fabric Exhibit is staged at the Old City Hall displaying different textiles that depict the city's meaningful history and colorful tapestry. There will also be a sing and dance competition, and a local artist workshop showcasing our own local talents.

Sports events, boat race, duathlon, cultural presentations and cooking showdown are just some of the staple events everyone could see and participate for. And of course, eight (8) gorgeous Cotabateñas will surely best each other out in the battle of beauty, body, and brains in the highly anticipated Mutya ng Cotabato.

This week-long fete will officially open on June 12 in line with our commemoration of the Declaration of the Philippine Independence and will end on the 20th.

Catch this year's Araw ng Cotabato where you can expect nothing but only a better and developing Cotabato City.
