GLIMPSE OF MOSQUES --- The Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao
officially opened last May 11 the “Mosques Around the World” exhibit at the
region’s seat in Cotabato City. It features a total of 24 miniatures of
renowned mosques from different parts of the world.ARMM Executive Secretary
Lasia Masuhud Alamia; Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, Anak Mindanao Foundation
executive director; and Norkhalila Mae Mambuay Campong, chief of staff of the
Office of the Regional Governor, led the ribbon cutting ceremony.
The
exhibit has been put up by different regional line-agencies as part of the
celebration of the Pakaradjaan 2018 and the observance of the Holy Month of
Ramadan.
The
agency with the best miniature mosque will be given P200,000 cash prize;
P150,000 will go to the 2nd placer; and P100,000 will be given to the third
