COMPUTERIZATION PROGRAM --- Cotabato City Mayor Atty. Frances Cynthia Guiani inspects the Licensing Office following the completion of its computerized operation. With the office's computerized operation, verification of application for business license may only take 11 minutes. If all requirements for application or renewal of business license are complete, the business license may be released in two hours time.
