CLOSER WITH PEOPLE ---The Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao has poured in millions-worth of projects in Al-Barka town in Basilan, a former stronghold of the Abu Sayyaf Group.To bring basic social services and government assistance closer to the people of Barangay Macalang in Al-Barka, the ARMM government brought People’s Day here last March 27.
