WOMAN MODEL --- The Police Regional Office XII under the command of Chief Superintendent Cedric Train (left) gave recognition to Cotabato City Mayor Atty. Frances Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi as one of the exemplary women who has influenced in bringing changes to people. As a leader with strong political will and determination, the lady mayor has introduced and implemented innovative programs, to mention  theinstitutionalization of the joint “ronda” with the local police and the strict observance of curfew for minors.In  celebration of the International Women's Day, Mayor Cynthia was invited by the PRO XII last March 8 to be their guest speaker and be awarded for being a best example of an empowered woman. Her efforts in curbing the crime rate and maintaining peace and order in Cotabato City are considered phenomenal for other cities and municipalities in the region  to replicate the same.
