PARTICIPATION --- The Black
Hawk Motorcycle Club of Cotabato City took part during the culmination program
of the 19th Foundation Anniversary of Mamasapano last October 31. Engr.
Tokan Brahim, the activity chair, said members of the group donated blood in a
