CONGRATULATIONS --- Elected and proclaimed Sangguniang Kabataan officials in Cotabato City took their oath before Mayor Atty. Frances Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi last May 25. The 37 youth leaders were proudly accompanied by their families during the oath-taking where the mayor encouraged them to take part in the city's development and progress.

The lady mayor expressed her hopes that the SK leaders will remain true to their promises and further empower their fellow youths by implementing programs that are anchored on their needs and projects that will uphold their rights. "Your fellow youths look up to you as their leaders. You must not let them down."
