MUNTREAL extends support to Marawi IDPs

COTABATO CITY --- The Municipal Treasurer’s League (MUNTREAL) of Maguindanao has extended humanitarian aid to the victims of the ongoing Marawi City Crisis.

MUNTREAL president Engr. Tokan Brahim said the municipal treasurers did the collective aid to extend help.

“When we collected the cash from our members who voluntarily donated, we bought goods. Since we could not go directly to the area and give our donation, we asked the help of the city government of Cotabato to assist in the transport of the relief items. We find our favor to them very timely, since they were also extending help to Marawi City IDPs,” Engr. Brahim said.  

Engr. Brahim said the relief items contained of five cases of Family sardines, five cases of coffee sticks, and 12 cases of noodles.
