HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT

HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT --- The Department of Environment and Natural Resources in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao observes the Philippine Environment Month this June with a coastal clean-up to underscore the need for extensive environmental care. In his message, DENR-ARMM Secretary Hadji Kahal Q. Kedtag said: “It is not only for a month, or a day, that we extend our efforts to preserve the environment. It must be done on a daily basis,” adding: ‘This [Environment Month] celebration is only a reminder that we must always safeguard a healthy ecological condition.”  (DENR- ARMM/MINDANAO EXPOSE’)
