RESPONDING TO CHALLENGES --- The ARMM joins the Philippine Civil Service Commission in celebrating its 117th year of existence last September 5. With the theme “Tugon sa Hamon ng Pagbabago: Malasakit ng Lingkod Bayani,” Director Dominador Gonzales, Jr. of the CSC field office in the ARMM said this year's activities are meant to remind the public servants of manifesting "malasakit" in public service.
