BIRTHING CLINIC --- Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process  Undersecretary for Peace and Development Diosita “Jojo” Andotturned over last March 10 a birthing clinic for the local government of Datu Saudi Ampatuanin Maguindanao. Costing P1.5million, the clinic, which includes equipment and facilities, was received by Mayor BaiAnida A. Dimaukom (left).
