YOUTH EMPOWERMENT ---  National Youth Commission Chairperson Aiza Seguerra (left) and ARMM Office of the Bangsamoro Youth Affairs Executive Director Salic Sharief,  Jr. paid a courtesy call on Cotabato City Mayor  Atty. Frances Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi  last December 22  at the People’s Palace. The NYC has conducted series of youth summits in the provinces of Maguindanao and Tawi-tawi, including Cotabato City.
