CENRO AFFAIRS --- Cotabato City's Sangguniang Panlungsod under presiding officer and Vice Mayor Graham Nazer G. Dumama (4^th from left) has confirmed the appointment of Engr. Crisanto B. Saavedra (center), the former Assistant General Services Officer of the LGU, as the new City Environment and Natural Resources Officer. As the CENRO, Engr. Saavedra will be managing the city's programs on solid waste, septage, and other environmental concerns.
