KIDDIE TIME --- More than 500 children in Barangay Rosary Heights-10 were treated to the "Pamaskong Handog para sa Kabataan 2016," a feeding program for the children of Cotabato City, spearheaded and initiated by Cotabato City Police Office under Police Director Senior Superintendent  Victor Valencia with support and assistance from City Mayor Frances Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi.
