The city government of Cotabato envisions the city to becoming the halal hub of of the region and be able to attract more investors to come in and invest in halal food, halal meat, and other products.

The market for halal is now significantly increasing in a global scale and the demand for halal food and halal meat is not just coming from Muslims but also from other faiths all over the world.

With the cooperation and support of different stakeholders, Cotabato City can potentially become globally competitive in the near future.
