VICTORY SMILE --- Liberal Party bets for ARMM Regional Governor Mujiv Hataman (2nd from right) and Regional Vice Governor Haroun Alrashid Lucman, Jr. (2nd from left) were proclaimed by the Regional Board of Canvassers on May 14, 2016 at the ORG compound in Cotabato City. Hataman garnered 875,200 votes while his rival Sakur Tan received 341,250 votes. Lucman, on the other hand, obtained 716,555 votes. (Bureau of Public Information - ARMM)
