Diskwento Caravan held in Cotabato City

COTABATO CITY (May 27, 2016) – The Department Trade and Industry (DTI) in partnership with TM Republica ng Pilipinas, Smart Communications and local entrepreneurs conducted a 2 day Diskwento Caravan back-to-school edition started Friday to Saturday (May 27-28, 2016) held in Cotabato City Plaza.

The Diskwento Caravan dubbed as “Presyong Panalo para sa Mamimiling Pilipino” is giving 10 to 50 percent discount on school supplies, school uniforms, shirts and shoes, as well as lunch boxes.

DTI officials said the similar store caravans have been set in other areas to afford families with cheaper school supplies. (Zubaida P. Malawani)
